ZR CAFE started as a quiet dream between two busy lives — the kind of place where the smell of rising dough greets you before you even step through the door. We opened our doors on Junction Boulevard in Corona with one simple belief: that a good bakery should feel like a good conversation.

Every morning, our ovens fire up before the neighborhood does. We bake sourdough that takes two days, croissants that shatter at the lightest touch, and coffee that doesn't pretend to be anything it's not. We're not fancy.
